Step 2: Click "Create your Account" and fill in the relevant account information. Google and Apple sign-up options are available through the Google and Apple buttons next to the "Create Account" button.
Step 3: Once your account is created, you'll have to select your subscription plan. As a new customer, you will receive a 7-day free trial to allow you to test our service. These 7 days are also known as the Syncing Phase, as they allow time for your account to fully sync with Cypher Bot.
During the Syncing Phase, you may see small fluctuations in PnL and Win Rate as our bots attempt to get fully synced with your account. This is nothing to worry about.
Step 4: Now that your subscription has been set up and activated, it's time to connect your Binance account to the Cypher Platform. To do this, you'll need to create an API on Binance. For a step-by-step guide on how to do this, please refer to the Binance API Creation & Connection page.
Once you have created your API Key and Secret Key and inputted them into the Cypher Connect Exchange Account page, you can click "Connect Exchange."
Make sure you have inputted the IP addresses from the Cypher site into the Binance API by enabling "Restrict Access to Trusted IPs Only," then enable Futures. These two steps are crucial for your API to connect to Cypher.
Step 5: Time to select the trading system you would like to connect to your exchange account. Ensure you have thoroughly read through our investor deck to understand the risks associated with each system. Once you are comfortable with your selection, click confirm.
Step 6: Your Cypher Trading Bot is now fully set up and operational. You should see details about open positions and trade history on your client dashboard when they are entered by the system.
If you see "Portfolio Syncing" at the top of your client dashboard, there's nothing to worry about. This is just our systems syncing with your exchange account. For more information, please refer to the Portfolio Syncing section in the Knowledgebase.
