Portfolio Syncing

When you first start using our algorithmic trading bot service, you'll encounter a process called Portfolio Syncing. This feature is displayed on your dashboard and is crucial for ensuring that your exchange account is properly synchronized with our systems.

What to Expect

• Duration: The syncing process can take up to 7 days. During this period, our system is aligning your exchange account with our trading algorithms.

• Trading Activity: While Portfolio Syncing is active, you might notice some negative trades and unusual trading activity. This is a normal part of the syncing process and nothing to worry about.

• Completion: Once your portfolio is fully synced, the Portfolio Syncing notification will be removed from your dashboard. After this, your account will operate smoothly and in full alignment with our trading strategies.
